`PHLOCKERS' ATTACK MARGARITAVILLE

Members of Parrot Head Madness, a group of computer pen pals who have hung out along the information superhighway for two years, got together in Key West for ther first "phlocking."

The Jimmy Buffet(sic) enthusiasts raised a little hell at the Key West bight Thursday. When Bob Douillard, 39, of Massachusetts and Kevin Johnson, 24, of Oklahoma got tired of firing at each other with water guns, at right, they ambushed an Old Town Trolley, above.

Passengers were still absorbed in Whistling Tom's performance at the waterfront when the conductor warned them, "Oh, oh, look what we've got over here." A few innocent bystanders also got hit.
