Julie and Jeff meet up again on deck after the captain's dinner. They are surrounded by the phlock. They are talking, looking out over Nassau, and drinking champagne.

Some members of the phlock are new citizens of the Conch Republic and are self appointed members of the Conch Republic Militia, ParrotHead Division. The Militia members are arguing about what their rights and duties are as members of the militia when Julie and Jeff suggest that maybe they have the power to marry people.

Wedding plans unfold. Julie and Jeff are sent to prepare for the ceremony.

Julie and Jeff lie in each others arms on the lower bunk while the phlock and other innocent onlookers crowd into the tiny cabin to witness the wedding. JDMONT from the Coconut Modem is on the upper bunk. "Reverend" Went2Paris Robert conducts the ceremony.

OPHarbour signals on the Conch shell that the ceremony is over -- in the eyes of the phlock, the couple is wed.
